Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a Return

You can contact us at support@racecyclingjersey.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Merchandise returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items


Some types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you own and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and approval of your return request, your refund will be processed and a credit line will be automatically applied to your credit card, store credit or original payment method upon your request.

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for financial institutions to process these requests.

Delayed or lost refunds

  1. If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.
  3. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund can be issued.

If it is not a quality issue with the jersey, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer
